Our treatment package includes items to comfort your loved one both physically and emotionally. Patients in treatment are often sensitive to smells, so the lotion we’ve included is unscented and great for sensitive skin. The snacks in this box are easy to prepare and gentle on the stomach. There is a blank journal that has been shown as helpful to maintain emotional health. The handmade pillow provides comfort for a chest port, post-surgery or to use while receiving treatment (our favorite is to use this between the seat belt while driving). The ice packs can be cooled for post-surgery and radiation comfort or to provide warmth on a vein to help get an IV placed (no one likes getting more than one poke). The snacks in this box are great for on-the-go and they are gentle on the stomach. This care package is great to send to someone after their surgery or during chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy. As always, selected items in each of our care packages are already gift wrapped when shipped.
